Which plan has live job profitability?
Premium, at $5 per user per month. Live job costing is part of Premium: gross profit and margin, budget vs actual, cost performance, materials and hard costs, billing and the company financial dashboard. Standard, at $2, covers crew time tracking with GPS clock-in, timesheets and payroll-ready exports, jobs with phases and tasks, and job forms and daily reports.
Can I try it before committing the whole crew?
Start with a handful of users and one real job — at $2–5 a seat, the trial IS the price. Add the rest of the crew when that first job earns it.
What counts as a "user"?
Anyone with a login: workers, foremen, office staff and owners — the same people the slider counts. A foreman, eight workers and an office manager is 10 users — one 10-seat pack, $20/mo on Standard or $50/mo on Premium. Seats come in packs of 1, 5, 10, 15 and so on up to 200, so 7 people buy a 10-seat pack.
Do you do annual contracts?
Month to month. Software should keep earning the invoice.
